De klant krijgt een retourautorisatienummer nadat hij contact heeft opgenomen met de klantenservice van Floodingmanager op info@floodingmanager.com.<\/p>\n<p>Floodingmanager will refuse to accept Products returned without a return authorization number.<\/p>\n<p>Het regelen en betalen van de kosten van een retourzending zijn in alle gevallen de verantwoordelijkheid van de Klant.<\/p>\n<p>Alle terugbetalingen worden verwerkt na ontvangst en controle door onze retourafdeling. Het door de Klant betaalde bedrag wordt binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de retourzending terugbetaald, als de producten en de verpakking onbeschadigd zijn. De producten moeten in de originele staat en verpakking worden geretourneerd. De verpakking mag niet beschadigd zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Floodingmanager zal geen geld terugbetalen voor Producten die zijn gebruikt en\/of geproduceerd op basis van een individuele keuze of beslissing van de Klant.<\/p>\n<p>Het transport van de Producten is voor eigen risico van de Klant totdat de Producten bij Floodingmanager zijn afgeleverd en geaccepteerd.<\/p>\n<p>Neem contact met ons op als je vragen hebt over retourneren.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If a Customer is not satisfied with the product and\/or does not wish to keep it, the Products can be returned within 14 days after receiving them.
