Refund and Exchanges
If a Customer is not satisfied with the product and/or does not wish to keep it, the Products can be returned within 14 days after receiving them.
A return authorization number must be obtained before returning any Products. The Customer will be provided with a return authorization number after contacting Floodingmanager customer service atĀ info@floodingmanager.com.
Floodingmanager will refuse to accept Products returned without a return authorization number.
Arranging and covering the costs of a return shipment are the responsibility of the Customer in all cases.
All refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection by our returns department. The amount paid by the Customer will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the return, if the products and packaging are undamaged. The Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The packaging must not be damaged.
Floodingmanager will not refund money for Products that have been used and/or have been manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the Customer.
The transportation of the Products is at the Customer’s own risk until the Products are delivered to Floodingmanager and accepted.
